The idea for this prototype is to optimise the beginning of any customer service conversation. Due to the very similar beginning questions, like “what is you name” or “what is your customer number” or “what is your problem” could be asked and processed by AI. Also as much superior is the AI, that much the product could optimise the man power in any help/advice related services.

I, as a conversational designer see the greatest challenge to optimise as much as possible the users input, in order to speed up the communication and its clarity.
